Job Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager II you will be responsible for representing a dynamic and growing line of reproductive genetic testing services. You will develop and maintain business relationships with hospitals, and practices in the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Iowa area. Representing the premier genetic testing laboratory in the country, you will possess strong business development skills, and be responsible for selling reproductive testing services, maintaining and growing existing business, identifying new business opportunities and closing new accounts. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, clinical or laboratory background or RN experience, 3 - 7 years of demonstrated success selling and closing business in the healthcare industry is required. Computer literacy and proficiency is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to consistently close throughout the sales cycle. The selected candidate will demonstrate professional sales presentation skills and have proven ability to engage in high level technical/clinical discussions with physicians and staff. 2 years of medical sales pathology/laboratory services experience. Professional sales experience in the medical device, capital equipment or pharmaceutical industry will also be considered.
Salary:
$60,000 to $80,000 base, depending on experience Commission approximately $35,000 to $40,000 a year - Uncapped |
