Qualifications
As an Oncology/Pathology Territory Manager II, you will be
responsible for representing a dynamic and growing line of
diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic oncology testing
services. You will develop and maintain business
relationships with hospitals and Oncology practices
in Central Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska.
Representing the premier genetic testing laboratory in the
country, you will possess strong business development
skills, and be responsible for selling oncology testing
services, maintaining and growing existing business,
identifying new business opportunities and closing new
accounts.
Education and Experience:
In addition to a Bachelor's degree, must have clinical or
laboratory background or RN experience, 3 - 7 years of
demonstrated success selling and closing business in the
healthcare industry is required. This role requires strong
negotiation skills and the ability to consistently close
throughout the sales cycle. The selected candidate will
demonstrate professional sales presentation skills and have
proven ability to engage in high level technical/clinical
discussions with physicians and staff. Computer literacy and
proficiency is also required.
2 years of medical sales pathology/laboratory services
experience. Professional sales experience in the medical
device, capital equipment or pharmaceutical industry will
also be considered. Overnight travel will be required in
most territories.

Salary
Base Salary between $80,000 and $95,000, depending on
experience
Yearly commission approximately $50,000 - Uncapped
